📋 IMPORTANT TO KNOW
A rental agreement is required to be signed within 7 days of receiving it to confirm all reservations.
If you've booked within 7 days of check-in, the rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
A $500 security deposit is also required.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS — Blessed Sunset is intended for family vacations, retreats, and meaningful gatherings—not parties or large events. Please do not host events or gatherings beyond registered guests without prior approval.
🤫 QUIET HOURS — Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM, indoors and outdoors, out of consideration for our neighbors.
🔥 FIRE & GRILL SAFETY — Never leave fires unattended. Fully extinguish the fire pit and outdoor fireplace after use and turn off propane tanks.
♨️ HOT TUB & SAUNA — Please follow posted safety instructions and leave covers securely in place when not in use.
🐞 MOUNTAIN INSECTS — Like many homes in the North Georgia mountains, you may occasionally see seasonal insects such as ladybugs, stink bugs or spiders, particularly during colder months. We have routine pest control and do our best to keep them out, but occasional insects can make their way inside due to the home's wooded mountain setting. We appreciate your understanding!

About the Owner
We are dedicated to providing our guests with a peaceful and private retreat. While we won't be on the property during your stay, we are experienced hosts and are readily available via the messaging platform or phone should you have any questions or need assistance. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities. We're available to assist you Sunday-Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and are happy to help with any questions during those hours. Please reach out through Airbnb messaging for the quickest response. We observe a Sabbath rest day on Saturdays and may be unavailable during that time, but rest assured all essential information for your stay will be provided in advance. Other holiday hours may vary.
